NANGARHAR, Jan. 04 – Through the efforts of Nangarhar Refugee Department, CAID / OCHR provided food aid to 638 returnees and needy families. Each family was given 49 kg of flour, 14 kg of pulses, 24 and a half kg of rice, 4 kg of sugar, 5 liters of oil and salt.
