6 killed in Paktia attacks

PAKTIA, Aug. 3 – At least three puppets were killed and another 3 were wounded in the provincial capital of Paktia province on Thursday when a roadside bomb blast ripped into the vehicle they were traveling in.

Also Thursday, Mujahideen ambushed the enemy in Wazi Zadran district of Paktia engaging them in a gunfight in which 3 puppets were captured, while the rest managed to flee.

Early today, a puppet was killed and one wounded when a roadside bomb blast struck the vehicle carrying the enemy in Ahmad Khel district of this province.

In another report, two puppets were killed in a clash with Mujahideen in Wazi Zadran district of the province on Thursday.
