6 killed as post overrun in Shawalikot

KANDAHAR, Jun. 06 – Mujahideen carried out attacks on ANP check posts in Zangitan area of Shawalikot district overnight.
Attacks of heavy and light arms resulting in a post overrun after killing 6 police, destroying a ranger and a motorbike, and forcing the rest to flee while leaving 1 RPG launcher, 2 rifles aond other equipment.
