6 killed and wounded as clashes underway in Farayb

FARYAB, Aug. 22 – A recent report from Sharin Tagab district states that a gunfight erupted against enemy troops in Faiz Abad area early this morning.
Attack of heavy and light arms is said to be still ongoing, so far 2 enemy tanks have been destroyed and another one damaged, a gunman killed with 5 others seriously wounded.
Another reports says that a hireling commander – Sakhi – was deadly wounded amid a Mujahideen gunfight in Alitaq area of the said district overnight.
