6 killed, 4 tanks destroyed in country’s north

 PARWAN, Aug. 7 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate counterattacked the enemy military convoy consisting of over 40 armored personnel carriers and military vehicles in Shinwari district of Parwan province on Tuesday night.

A heavy fighting ensued that led to the death of 6 enemy military personnel while wounding many more.

The Mujahideen seized from the enemy a great amount of arms and ammo in the operation and destroyed 4 of the enemy military tanks.
