6 killed, 4 injured in southern Afghanistan

GHAZNI, July 31 – At least 3 police and 3 puppets of special forces were killed with another two wounded in a clash with Mujahideen in Shalgar district of Ghazni province early Sunday.

An armored tank was shot and destroyed in the attack.

In the province’s Dayak district, a puppet was killed in a surprise attack on Saturday.

Separately, Mujahideen shelled an enemy post in Shalgar district of the province on Saturday.

Furthermore, a remote-controlled bomb attack targeted a vehicle carrying police in the provincial capital of Ghazni province on Saturday and left two puppets wounded.
