Mr. Ebad emphasized the vital nature of Afghanistan-Turkey relations, citing the impactful establishment of the Atatürk Children’s Hospital and health centers across northern provinces like Jawzjan, Faryab, and Takhar. The nation expressed gratitude for Turkey’s invaluable health assistance.
