Afghanistan is currently undergoing a positive phase of development and reconstruction. The true natives of this land, following the victory of the Islamic Emirate and the establishment of the Islamic system, are determined to contribute their efforts towards achieving their goals and advancing their country.

Recently, the Procurement Commission has approved 24 different projects. These projects are associated with various ministries such as National Defense, Interior Affairs, Public Works, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Public Health, Water and Energy, (DABS) Electric Company, and Kabul Municipality. The total value of these projects is estimated to be around 10 billion Afghanis.

The projects encompass a range of initiatives, including the construction of the Parandeh Panjshir micro-hydel power dam, the completion of remaining works on the Zabul Tori dam, the development of significant roads in Kabul, provision of electricity services in different provinces, and the provision of high-quality and fast internet services to citizens, both in urban areas and remote regions. These endeavors will create numerous job opportunities for our fellow citizens. The approval of these projects represents a positive step towards settlement, reconstruction, and the creation of a conducive work environment for the people.

The Islamic Emirate is dedicated to utilizing the revenues obtained from various sectors in a responsible manner to facilitate convenience for its dear citizens.

Today, across the country, we hear news of the opening and inauguration of public projects on a daily basis, which brings joy to our beloved nation.

During its two-year governance, the Islamic Emirate has provided valuable and unprecedented services to its cherished citizens, entirely relying on internal revenues without any foreign aid.

Despite the fact that over the past two decades, the previous government received substantial financial assistance from various countries worldwide, they failed to take significant actions towards the advancement and reconstruction of the country. When the Islamic Emirate took control of Afghanistan, our land was in ruins, and thousands of people were suffering from drug addiction in our backstreets. However, with the efforts of the Islamic Emirate, the situation began to change. Officials commenced the process of rebuilding, providing treatment for drug addicts, and generating employment opportunities for them.
