The Islamic Emirate operates as a government that upholds the principles of Islamic Sharia law. Its policies are also derived from the foundations of Islamic Sharia. One of these principles is to refrain from causing harm. As narrated by Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, “There should be no harming or being harmed.” This means that one should avoid being harm and causing harm to others. Therefore, based on these pure and steadfast principles, just as we desire peace and tranquility for our own country, we also seek it for other nations, especially our neighboring countries.

Pakistan, being an Islamic nation, holds the right to be our neighbor, which carries significant importance in Islamic principles. Our country shares a 2,240-kilometer border with Pakistan, spanning the east and south, making it the longest shared border compared to our other neighboring nations.

We aspire to establish positive and constructive relations with all countries, including our neighboring states. By extending an invitation and warmly welcoming Maulana Fazlur Rahman, the esteemed religious and political leader of Pakistan, the high-ranking officials of the Islamic Emirate conveyed a message of friendship to our neighboring country. This message is not one of enmity or stubbornness.

However, there exist certain biased factions within the Pakistani government who aim to prevent the interaction between our two neighboring countries based on Islamic and fraternal principles. They exert pressure on the government with the intention of escalating tensions between our nations. They have utilized every means at their disposal to exert pressure on the Islamic Emirate and continue to do so.

Yet, the objectives of these factions do not serve the interests of anyone, except for fulfilling the sinister goals of the enemies who occupied our country for two decades.

It is crucial for our two neighboring countries to embrace each other based on Islamic principles and foster positive neighborly relations, while distancing themselves from the divisions imposed upon us by colonial powers.
