Meeting of the Council of Ministers chaired by esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (may Allah protect him) convened

A council meeting of the ministers of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was held under the leadership of the Supreme Commander, esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen Shaikh-ul-Quran and Hadith Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada (may Allah protact him), on Tuesday.

The meeting started with the recitation of blessed verses of the Holy Quran, after which Amir-ul-Momineen (may Allah protact him) gave a comprehensive speech to the ministers and said, “Your responsibilities are very heavy and if you serve well, you will be successful in this world and the hereafter.”

He added that since the Afghan mujahideen made unheard-of sacrifices to establish the current Islamic system, the main responsibility of government officials is to execute Sharia law and serve the people. Every ministry in Afghanistan is responsible for protecting the rights of about 40 million people; if an official disregards these rights, those rights would be lost.

 

Since our people have been incredibly loyal to us, we should cherish and serve them. We should also be cautious not to be disloyal and to view the entire population from the same perspective. After all, you are now in charge of Afghanistan as a whole, not just a province or a district.

The esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen once stated, “Every era passes; we and you should try to leave the next generations with good principles, good laws, and good morals.”

 

He added, try to invite people towords religion and Islamic morals through encouragement, persuasion and good morals instead of force.

Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen advised to learn from the actions of the infamous officials of the past. The habits of the academic and Jihadi period should not be forgotten or left behind. Adpot charactor of Salaf Saliheen don’t be happy on responsibility, and don’t be sad if it is taken away from you.

Following their recent journeys to Iran and Pakistan, the Economic Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund and the Acting Minister of Trade, Haji Nuruddin Azizi, delivered their reports and talked about the choice of several routes for the nation’s imports, exports, and transit.

The appropriate arrangements were made for the timely supply and preparation of food and fuel for the next winter.

 

Later, the President of Da Afghanistan Bank, Mullah Hidayatullah Badri, presented information about the preservation of the value of the Afghani (currency) and related topics, all aspects related to the strengthening of the constructive monetary policy of the Islamic Emirate and necessary decisions were taken regarding better transparency.

The commission headed by the administrative deputy prime minister, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, elaborated the situation, services and placement of returning refugees to the country, in addition to presenting its work report on measure taken by the Islamic Emirate while His Highness Amir-ul-Momineen directed all the ministers to place the service of refugees at the top of their work.

Later on, the current situation and ongoing political activities regarding the further improvement of relations with neighbors and other countries and the solution of existing problems were also discussed, and the members of the Political Commission headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the implementation of constructive policies were discussed and tasked with preparing foreign and domestic policies and approaches.

Following discussions and consultations, necessary decisions were made about the country’s new generation’s academic ability enhancement, the resolution of instructors’ and students’ concerns in a variety of (religious and modern) sectors, and the provision of high-quality services in educational affairs.
