    KABUL, Oct. 29 – Honorable Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairsof the IEA went to Turkey on Saturday, said Abdul qahar Balkhi the spokesman of foreign ministry.

    Mr. Balkhi adds that during this trip, foreign minister will visit the Afghan embassy in Ankara and the consulate in Istanbul, meet Afghan businessmen and philanthropists, Turkish government officials, scholars, charitable institutions and companies.
