KABUL, Oct. 23 – The Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Kabul, Mr. Zhao Sheng, called on the Deputy Foreign Minister for political affairs, Alhaj Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, says ministry of foreign affiars.
The Chinese ambassador once again conveyed the condolences of the people of China to the deputy Foreign Minister for the recent earthquake in Herat province.
Following up the aid delivered, Mr. Zhoa Sheng promised to dispatch more relief to the victims of Herat province.
Calling the relation of the two countries constructive and positive, Deputy FM Stanekzai expressed gratitude to the Chinese government for its sympathy and assistance to the victims of the earthquake.
In the end, based on the initiative of his embassy, the Chinese Ambassador raised fund for the victims and handed over USD 50,000 to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the victims of Herat province.
