    KANDAHAR, Jun. 06 – The Crime Prevention circle of Kandahar police have arrested a person with a stolen car in limits of PD4 of the city, said interior ministry in a statement on Tuesday. According to details the arrested person had stolen three cars before as well and has confessed to his crime.
