Special Envoy of Qatar’s Foreign Minister Calls on Acting Foreign Minister

KABUL, Feb. 05 – Doctor Mutlaq bin Majed Al-Qahtani, Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar called on Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the acting foreign minister of the IEA at Sori Place today, says Abdul Qahar Balkhi the spokesman of foreign ministry

There was a thorough discussion on Qatar Charity Foundation’s operations, political cooperation, strengthening of relations, and humanitarian relief throughout the meeting, said a statement.

Both sides concluded that existing oppurtunities should be utilized and managed appropriately.
