    KABUL, Feb. 03 – The forces of the fifth district of the Kabul Police Command have arrested two thieves, said Kabul police in a statement.

    According to security head of the PD5 one of these criminals has been arrested for stealing from houses and the other on charges stealing mobile phones and money from people.

    The security forces also discovered a stolen car and handed it over to its original owner.
