KABUL, Jan. 08 – The anti-narcotics forces in Herat, Farah and Nimroz provinces cleared over 2 acres of land from poppy cultivation and arrested 5 people in connection with the sale of narcotics, says ministry of interior.
Among these, two acres of land were cleared from poppy cultivation in Pashtun Zarghoon district of Herat and half an acre of land in Bala bluk district of Farah province.
Meanwhile, 3 people were arrested in connection with the sale of drugs from Herat and 2 others from Nimroz.
