KABUL, Feb. 27 – Kabul department of General Directorate of Intelligence has rescued Abdul Ghafar, from the clutches of kidnappers in the Qargha area of Paghman district in a special operation on Monday arresting four kidnappers alive and one who resisted has been killed, said Zabaihullah Mujahid, the spoksman of the IEA.
