Minister of Industry and Commerce, Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, in the company of several investors, convened with Sheikh Maulana Islamjar, the Governor of Herat.

During this gathering, the interim minister of industry and commerce commended the backing and motivation extended by the Herat governor to the private sector. He remarked that fostering a secure environment for investors in Herat has enticed investments from various regions across the nation towards the industrial precinct of this province.

Mr. Azizi further disclosed that efforts are ongoing regarding industrial parks, and the forthcoming establishment of the Herat province’s industrial estate will occupy a vast expanse equivalent to 50,000 jeribs of land.

Conversely, Sheikh Maulana Islamjar, expressing gratitude for the visit by the Minister of Industry and Trade to Herat province, hailed the industrialists as “economic mujahideen.” He emphasized that the local administration steadfastly champions investors and industrialists, furnishing them with all essential amenities and resources.
