BALKH, Jan. 18 – In Balkh province, northern Afghanistan 49 enemy military personnel including army, police, intelligence have changed side to the Islamic Emirate over the last one week.
The enemy military personnel joined Mujahideen in Chamtal, Chahar Bolak, Sholgara, Kaldar, Abarz, Dowlat Abad, Zaray and Khas Balkh districts of Balkh province.
In reports from northern Baghlan province, 2 tribal elders, Mohammad Karim, district attorney council and Abdu Sataar joined the Islamic Emirate in Baghlan-e-Markazi district of northern Baghlan province.
Similarly, a policeman surrendered himself and his gun to Mujahideen in Wazi Khwa district of southeastern Paktika province.
