5 police killed as post overrun in Farah, equipment seized

FARAH, Sep. 28 – Mujahideen attacked an enemy check post in Karez Sheikhan area of Pusht Rod district overnight, overrunning the post after killing 5 puppets and forcing the rest to flee. A PKM machine gun, 5 rifles, 2 motorbikes and other war spoils have been seized.
