5 killed as post overrun in Farah, equipment seized

FARAH, July. 23 – According to reports Mujahideen carried out an attack on a police check post in Dorayie area of Pushtrod district overnight.
Gunfight that lasted for about half an hour resulted in the check post was overrun, killing 5 puppets on the spot and forcing others to flee.
As many as 6 rifles, 1 heavy machine gun and various types of other war equipment was discovered from the check post.
2 Mujahideen were also wounded in the operation.
