5 killed, APC and ranger destroyed as post overrun in Nad Ali

HELMAND, Jul. 30 – Mujahideen carried out an attack on a police check post in Kochyano area of Nad Ali district last night.
Attacks of heavy and light arms lasted intensely for about one hour, overrunning the post and killing 5 puppets inside and destroying a ranger pickup.
Meanwhile, an APC of arriving reinforcement destroyed by an IED blast, leaving all gunmen killed or hurt abroad.
1 RPG launcher, 1 PK machine gun and a sizable amount of ammunition have been seized while Mujahideen suffered no casualties.
