5 killed and wounded in Badghis, Arbaki surrenders

BADGHIS, Aug. 14 – 2 enemy gunman including a hireling commander were killed while 2 others wounded after Mujahideen shelled an enemy military base with mortar rounds in Akazo area of Marghab district afternoon hours today.
Meanwhile, a hireling trooper has been killed by a sniper in Chilgazy area of Sang Atish district.
Another report says, a local militiaman has reportedly repented his mistakes and laid arms before Mujahideen close to Jwand district center early this morning, handing over his rifle to Mujahideen, too.
Furthermore, enemy claims of retaking of Ghormach district are baseless as the district is still under the control of Mujahideen. Enemy has aimlessly bombarded the area, which has caused no casualties.
