KANDAHAR, Aug. 10 – According to reports Mujahideen assaulted a police check post in Khawgyano area of Maruf district overnight. Attack of heavy and light arms dismantled the towers of the check post and left 2 puppets severely wounded. Later on further troops arriving the scene came under Mujahideen bombing, during which a ranger was destroyed, killing 3 gunmen on the spot.
