 PAKTIA, May 31 – At least 4 enemy personnel were wounded when a roadside bomb blast hit an enemy tank in Ahmad Khail district of Kapisa province.

A Mujahid fighter was also wounded in the attack.

In reports from Gardiz city, the capital of Paktia province, 2 of the enemy tanks were destroyed when Mujahideen repulsed the enemy offensive and forced them to retreat with heavy losses.


Also in Gardiz city, 2 Arbaki were shot dead while they were riding on their motorbike, while a policeman was killed elsewhere in Gardiz city.

In another report from Paktia, an enemy soldier was killed as Mujahideen attacked a post in Zurmat district of the province.

In the province’s Girda Chiri district, an enemy soldier was killed and another one was wounded following Mujahideen attacks on the military posts.

In another report, the administrative district building in Jani Khel came under attack by Mujahideen without knowing the scope of the losses.
