5 army posts leveled; police chief killed

JOWZJAN , Oct. 22 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized five enemy combat posts amid a full-scale operation launched in Manjigak district of northern Jowzjan province on Friday, killing 7 puppets and leaving many others, according to Al-Emarah News reports.

It added Allah Qali, the district police chief was among those killed in the fighting.

It further said Mujahideen seized from the enemy a sizeable among of arms and ammo, while two Mujahideen embraced martyrdom with another two wounded.

This comes as the fighting raged in Faryab province following Mujahideen operation against Dostum militia.

A large number of Dostum militia were killed and wounded in the fighting.

Meantime, Dostum militia ransacked over 80 homes belonging to civilians and robbed them of their cash, valuable and the likes.
