 BALKH, Nov. 30 – In Balkh province’s 9 districts consisting of Chamtal, Char Bolak, Khas Balkh, Zaray, Kaldar, Sholgar, Dehdadi, Chahi and Dowlatabad, 25 enemy military personnel including army, police and militia switched sides to Mujahideen using the amnesty decree of Amir al-Mumineen.

Similarly, 2 enemy soldiers joined Mujahideen in Tagab district, Paktia province, while one policemen surrendered himself to Mujahideen in Zazi Aryub district

In a report from eastern Nangarhar province, 15 enemy military personnel laid down their arms against the Islamic Emirate and joined Mujahideen in Pachir Wa Agam district of Nangarhar province.
