41 arrested on various charges across the nation

KABUL, Aug. 28 – As many as 41 suspects have been arrested in 10 provinces of the country in connection with theft, gambling, smuggling, harassment, moral corruption and weapons transfer, says a statement of the ministry of interior.

Accordomg to detas, Herat police have held three murderers, six thieves and two others in connection with moral corruption,

Similerly seven suspects arrested in Balkh in connection with gambling, four in Zabul in connection with smuggling of antiquities, four in Kunar and three have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of a woman in Nuristan.

Meanwhile, one person was arrested in Kandahar for theft and two for illegal transfer of weapons, three in Kapisa for moral corruption, one in Takhar for harassment and two in connection with theft in Paktika and A person has been arrested in connection with the robbery in Badghis.
