In the effort to address drug addiction, the anti-narcotics police rounded up 24 individuals struggling with addiction from various areas of Kabul city, 10 in Laghman, 5 in Parwan, and one in Panjshir, and transferred them to nearby hospitals for treatment, said a statement of the ministry of interior.

Furthermore, the authorities in Balkh returned 29 individuals, previously gathered for treatment, to their families.
