PARWAN, Mar. 21 – At least 4 enemy soldiers suffered wounds in clashes early Wednesday following the enemy attempts to reopen the highway between Kabul and Bamyan blacked off by Mujahideen in the limits of Sheikh Ali district of northern Parwan province.
