    KANDAHAR, May. 03 – A gunman was killed, a motorbike, 1 pistol and a communication radio were seized amid a Mujahideen ambush in Bato area of Maruf district at 3:30 pm local time yesterday.

    Also in Maruf, at least 3 puppets were shot and killed on the spot by sniper in Sara Sakhar area of the said district last night.
