4 killed as post overrun in Faryab, equipment seized

FARYAB, May. 18 – Reports say, Mujahideen managed overrunning an enemy check post in Islam Kala area of Shireen Tagab district after an intense firefight of heavy and light arms last midnight, killing 4 puppets and leaving another injured.
A PK machine gun, 1 RPG launcher, 2 rifles, a communication radio and other war tools were also confiscated.

A Mujahid is said to has been wounded while another one has embraced martyrdom in the operation.

According to details, heavy clashes are under way in the said area since early morning today, so far 3 police have been killed. further details regarding ongoing situation will be updated later.
