4 including commander killed as post overrun in Faryab, equipment seized

FARYAB, May. 04 – Amid going spring offensive ‘Operation Mansouri’, Mujahideen stormed an enemy check post in Do Abi area of Chilgazy district last night.
Attacks of heavy and light arms resulting in the post overrun after killing 4 including commander and leaving 2 others seriously hurt.
A tank, 1 PKM machine gun with 4000 rounds, 2 rifles with 3000 rounds, 21 RPG rounds and other war equipment were recovered from the post.
A Mujahid was also wounded in the operation.
