4 including commander killed and wounded in Shindand

HERAT, Feb. 02 – Mujahideen carried out attacks on Arbakis troops in Ba ar area of Shindand district early this morning, sparking heavy clashes that lasted till noon hours resulting in a hireling commander Salahuddin has been killed with 3 others wounded.
