HELMAND, Sep. 10 – Reports arriving from Nawa district state that amid ongoing ‘Operation Omari’, Mujahideen carried out attacks on 4 Arbaki check posts in Namro area overnight. All the bases were overrun after brief resistance, inflicting deadly casualties on the enemy, detaining one and forcing the rest to flee. As many as 7 motorbikes, 2 rifles, 1 communication device, 3000 ammo and other war equipment were seized.
