    TAKHAR, July. 22 – The security officers of the Takhar Police Headquarters have arrested 30 people in the center and districts of the said province in connection with theft, murder, torture, beating, drug use and moral immorality, according a statement of interior ministry.

    Details say, 10 suspects have been arrested for murder, 8 for torture, 3 people on charges of robbery, 2 people for using drugs, 1 person for beating and 6 people were arrested for moral misconduct.
