At a cost exceeding 9.3 million Afghanis, the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department of Khost province is currently erecting three solar water supply systems in the villages of Kundio, Habashkhel, and Wardakhel within the provincial capital of Matun.

 

The development of these networks is nearly finished, with an expected commissioning date in the imminent future.

 

It is noteworthy that numerous laborers have been employed throughout the construction process of these networks. Once finalized, 526 families residing in these villages will benefit from access to safe drinking water.
