SARIPUL, Jun. 12 – Amid ongoing full swing of Al Khandaq Operations, Mujahideen carried out coordinated attacks on enemy positions in Qaflaton Azbakia, Qaflaton Alqani and Boland Ghor areas of Sayyad district.
Attacks of heavy and light arms, resulting in a key military base and 8 check posts overrun, killing and wounding score of enemy personnel while forcing the rest to flee leaving 12 corpses and arresting 4 others.
Mujahideen are currently conducting clearing operations, so far a ranger pickup and a sizable amount of war tools have been confiscated.
