3 vehicles, 3 motorbikes seized as posts overrun in Nawa

HELMAND, Aug. 08 – 2 enemy check posts in Khasar Abad area of Nawa district which were under siege for the last 2 days, were overrun after a heavy gunfight midnight yesterday, forcing the enemy to flee after suffering heavy casualties.
2 ranger pickups, a vehicle, 3 motorbikes, a reinforcement vehicle with different reinforcement tolls and other war equipment was confiscated.
It is worth mentioning that large areas in various districts of Helmand province came under the control of Mujahideen during last 4 days.
