3 tanks, ranger seized as Dostum’s convoy waylaid in Faryab

FARYAB, Oct. 15 – Reports say a gunfight that erupted against enemy troops accompanied by puppet Dostum after they attacked Mujahideen positions in the surroundings of Chilgazy district ended this evening with inflecting serious casualties to enemy.
According to details, 3 tanks, a ranger pickup and various other military equipment was seized during the gunfight as well as a reinforcement truck destroyed, leaving a key enemy commander and police chief of Qisar district seriously wounded while 9 including 2 commanders – Majid and Mirwise – were killed and their corpses left on the battle ground.
Half of enemy convoy fled towards Ghormach and the rest towards Kunjak and Akhtarjan areas.
All praise belongs to Allah Almighty as Mujahideen suffered no casualties in the operation.
