3 puppets killed, 5 hurt in attacks

PAKTIA, Mar. 22 – Two enemy soldiers were killed and an additional three were wounded when a roadside bomb blast ripped into an enemy vehicle in the provincial capital of Paktia province on Tuesday.

Also Tuesday, a puppet soldier got killed and two more suffered injuries in a brief exchange of fire in Zurmat districts of this province.

In a report from neighboring province, Paktika, Mujahideen fighters engaged in a 2-hour long gunfight with the enemy after raiding a combat post in Sarhowza district of this province on Tuesday. It is unclear how many of the enemy soldiers suffered losses of life and injuries.
