NANGARHAR, May 19 – A roadside bomb blast hit a vehicle carrying police in Jalalabad city, the capital of Nangarhar province on Friday, leaving 2 policemen dead.

In province’s Mohammad Darah, a puppet was killed and two more suffered wounds in a bomb attack striking a military vehicle last night.

Late at night, Mujahideen raided a post in the mentioned area but the casualties inflicted on the enemy are not determined.

Around predawn Friday, Mujahideen seized an outpost belonging to puppet army in Alingar district of the neighboring province Laghman. It is not yet clear whether there were any casualties.
