3 killed Mujahideen in attacks; enemy abducts 7 civilians

PAKTIA, Oct. 21 – Late Thursday 3 enemy soldiers were killed and a further three were wounded when the enemy walked into Mujahideen ambush in the limits of Gardiz city, the provincial capital of Paktia province.

Also Thursday, there were clashes between Mujahideen fighters and the enemy forces in Zazi Aryub district of Paktia province, triggered by Mujahideen offensive on the enemy installation. It is, however, unclear how many enemy personnel suffered casualties in yesterday’s fighting.

Separately, the joint enemy forces amid a nighttime raid burst into the houses of the civilians in Zazi Aryub district of Paktia province last night and abducted 7 helpless innocent civilians from their homes
