LAGHMAN, Nov. 5 – Haji Ghalib, the district governor of Bati Kot district was wounded early today in a bomb attack targeting his vehicle in which 3 of his guards were killed.
This came along the road between Kabul and Jalalabad in the limits of Laghman province.
According to another report from Laghman province, Mujahdieen shelled the building of the distict of Badpakh district early Saturday morning but it is unclear if anyone suffered losses of life and injury.
