HERAT, Aug. 08 – At around 10:00 am local time today enemy troops came under a Mujahideen attack in Chahar Gosh area of Shindand district. Attack continued till early noon hours, leaving 2 gunmen killed and another one wounded. Later on Herat police chief convoy attacked by Mujahideen in Bazar area of the said district at 12:00 am local time, resulting in heavy toll which are unknown at the moment.
