3 killed and wounded as check post overrun in Pashtunkot

FARYAB, Aug. 21 – Mujahideen attacked a hireling check post situated in Telan area of Pashtunkot district overnight, overrunning the check post, killing a gunman on the spot and leaving 2 others critically wounded as well as forcing the rest to flee. A Mujahid is said to have been wounded in the operation.
