3 killed, 2 including district police chief wounded

WARDAK, Aug. 17 – Late Tuesday a series of Mujahideen attacks left a number of the puppets dead and wounded with some vehicles damages in Syed Abad district of Wardak province.

In another report from Wardak, 3 puppets were killed and district police chief and one of his guards was badly wounded after Mujahideen engaged a battalion of the reinforcements led by the police chief called in to the rescue of the Arbakis Mujahideen had closed in on following raiding their post in Syed Abad district of Wardak province last night. An armored tank was also destroyed in the attack.
