3 killed, 2 APCs destroyed in Gerishk operations

HELMAND, 27 – A hireling APC was torn apart following a roadside bomb blast in Dago area of Gerishk district earlier today, killing and wounding all gunmen inside.
Later on, another police APC was shred into pieces by an IED attack along Sangin road in Haidar Abad area of Gerishk district, leaving all gunmen killed or hurt abroad.
Meanwhile, a police trooper was shot and killed on the spot in the said area.
Moreover, a hireling patrol came under a Mujahideen bombing in Awbazano area of the said district early this morning, killing instantly 2 puppets.
