HELMAND, Oct. 24 – Officials say, as many as 4 gunmen have repented their misdoings and laid arms before Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate in the surroundings of Marjah district early yesterday, handing over 2 rifles, 1 mortar tube and 1 pistol to Mujahideen, too.
