KUNAR, Oct.  31 – Al-Emarah News says heavy fighting has been underway in Dankam, Surkani, Manogi and Watapur districts of Kunar province since early Monday morning.

A number of the enemy installations are said to have been under Mujahideen attacks.

Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized three of the enemy posts in Dankam district of the province and conducted attacks on the police headquarters in the mentioned district. Three enemy tanks were destroyed in Dankam attacks.

A large number of the enemy suffered casualties in all four districts and heavy fighting is said to have been in progress.

In another report, Mujahideen stormed two of the enemy posts in Marwara district of the province, causing the enemy heavy losses.

According to a report from neighboring Nuristan province, a puppet soldier surrendered to Mujahideen in Bargamtal district of Nuristan province on Sunday.
